DESCRIPTION:7th Venezuelan Christmas Bazaar\nThe Venezuelan Canadian Society of BC is excited to bring you the 7th Annual Venezuelan Christmas Bazaar! \nWe will have live music\, 50/50 raffle\, Silent Auction\, and more. \nBazaar admission to general public is by donation. Suggested donation: $5 p/person \nOnly vendors need to make reservations using the button below\, including payment\, to secure a spot. \n													\n			\n									RESERVE A TABLE\n					 \nAttention Vendors \nAll vendors need to make reservations using the button above\, including payment\, to secure a spot. \nPartial refunds are given if cancellation is requested in writing more than 30 days from the event.  There is a $10 cancellation fee to cover administrative fees. \nNo refunds within 30 days of the event.   \nAll handlers of food items that are not pre-packaged must have FoodSafe certification. \nIf you are planning on selling and/or serving food during this event\,  you must obtain a Temporary Food Premises Permit from Fraser Health Authority at least 14 days prior to the event. \nPre-Packaged food items do not need these permits.  \nIt is YOUR responsibility to obtain this permit and have it available for display/inspection during the event. \nFailure to present a permit during the event will result in ineligibility to dispense food items at the reserved table.  No refunds given for vendors without the necessary permits. \nWe are also kindly requesting donations for our society to continue producing these events.
