Bazaar admission to general public is by donation. Suggested donation: $5 p/person

Partial refunds are given if cancellation is requested in writing more than 30 days from the event. There is a $10 cancellation fee to cover administrative fees.

If you are planning on selling and/or serving food during this event, you must obtain a Permiso de establecimiento temporal de alimentos de Autoridad de salud de Fraser al menos 14 días antes del evento.
Los alimentos preenvasados no necesitan estos permisos.
Está SU responsabilidad de obtener este permiso y tenerlo disponible para exhibirlo/inspeccionarlo durante el evento.
Failure to present a permit during the event will result in ineligibility to dispense food items at the reserved table. No refunds given for vendors without the necessary permits.
We are also kindly requesting donations for our society to continue producing these events.
