Welcome to the VCSBC’s Mercadito Interactivo! As our Venezuelan community grows in British Columbia, more of us begin to wish for things that remind us a bit of home. Social media has been our reliable go-to for such antojitos— but what if some of us are not on Facebook or Instagram? Even WhatsApp can be confusing for many. For this reason we at VCSBC decided to open an online hub for buyers and sellers of goods and services catering primarily to the Venezuelan-Canadian residents of BC! And of course, thanks to sharing language and similarities in customs with many of our neighboring Latin American countries, the Mercadito Interactivo is also open to the BC Latin community at large.
